Refund policy

Before launch

You only pay after you have seen and approved your preview. If we cannot launch your site, we refund your launch fee in full.

After launch

Because the work is custom and delivered, the launch fee is not refundable once your site is live. If something is not right, tell us within 14 days and we will fix it at no cost.

Monthly plans

Cancel anytime; no refunds for partial months.

Prepaid plans

Prepaid 6- and 12-month plans can be refunded for the unused full months, minus the discount you received.
